Snake's venom and its effects.

   African Giant Scorpion (Pandinus imperator)

They originate from Africa. This is the most common scorpion specie which is being kept as pets. Their venom is very mild, approximately similar to that of a bee sting. Though they are generally very tame, at times can give a very strong pinch with their claws but generally do not draw blood. If a black light is shined over them at night time, they will glow a florescent green color. But take care not to do this too often, as the florescent light tends to kill them with in a month or so if kept on at least a few hours a day.

Diet: Crickets, Butter Worms, and other grubs.
